Dilapidation Reports in the Shoalhaven and Illawarra

A dilapidation report is used to define the condition of a property and its surrounds before and after major works are being done. Having a dilapidation report before major works commence on or adjacent to your property could be the difference between being able to achieve compensation or not in the event the works cause damage to your property or its surrounds.

It is generally a condition by local councils for a dilapidation report be done as a condition of consent prior to issuing a construction certificate and after construction as evidence the construction works undertaken on the site have not caused damage to any public and council assets or adjacent private property.
